By accessing or using Noxte (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. User Content

• You retain ownership of the content (artworks, videos, text) you upload.
• By uploading, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute for the purpose of operating the Service.
• You must not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

5. Payments and Transactions

Transactions are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). You agree to pay all applicable fees, including royalties where applicable.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including design, code, and branding, is owned by Noxte or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• No reverse engineering or unauthorized access.
• No misuse of the Service to distribute spam or malware.
• No infringement on intellectual property rights of others.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if you violate these Terms or use the Service unlawfully.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noxte shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of changes.
